Ginger Vanilla Festive Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3-4tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2tsp ginger
- 1/2tsp Maca powder
- 1/2C soy milk
- 1tbsp soy yoghurt
- 1/2C water
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with more yoghurt, fruit, and a dark chocolate Christmas tree.
