Ginger Vanilla Festive Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3-4tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2tsp ginger
  • 1/2tsp Maca powder
  • 1/2C soy milk
  • 1tbsp soy yoghurt
  • 1/2C water

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with more yoghurt, fruit, and a dark chocolate Christmas tree.
