Salted Caramel Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender until smooth

  2. Place in the fridge for 2 + hours to set

  3. I topped mine with a chunk of grenade salted caramel carb killa, grated dark chocolate and cacao nibs
