Candida Diet Plant Based Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk alternative
  • 1-2 drops liquid organic stevia

Optional toppings

  • Fresh fruit
  • pumpkin seeds
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Add chia seeds, milk alternative and stevia into a mason jar, close the top and shake to mix all ingredients.

  2. Let it sit and settle for a few minutes, then give one more good shake.

  3. Let it set for 1-2 hours or ideally overnight in the fridge.

  4. Top with fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds, or an almond butter drizzle and enjoy.
