Candida Diet Plant Based Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- 1 cup milk alternative
- 1-2 drops liquid organic stevia
Optional toppings
- Fresh fruit
- pumpkin seeds
- almond butter
Preparation
Add chia seeds, milk alternative and stevia into a mason jar, close the top and shake to mix all ingredients.
Let it sit and settle for a few minutes, then give one more good shake.
Let it set for 1-2 hours or ideally overnight in the fridge.
Top with fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds, or an almond butter drizzle and enjoy.
