Chia Rainbow Pudding with Strawberries and Superfoods
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds per 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Unicorn Superfoods powder per mixture
- Strawberries for topping
Preparation
For 2-3 servings, mix the chia seeds and milk according to the ratio.
Separate the mixture into different bowls.
Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Unicorn Superfoods powders to each bowl, such as Immunity Blend, Ocean Blend, Matcha, or Pink Pitaya.
Stir often until the mixture is consistent.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Transfer to a glass jar, top with strawberries, and enjoy.
