Warm Chia Pudding with Vanilla Protein

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein
  • ~1/4 cup water

Toppings

  • Manilife dark roast peanut butter
  • mango
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Slowly heat the milk and chia seeds on the stove.

  2. Add the protein as it begins to thicken.

  3. Add additional water as you cook until you reach the desired consistency.

  4. Top with peanut butter, mango, and blueberries.
