Overnight Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup warmed or mashed blueberries (helps them blend in better)
Toppings
- @twogoodyogurt vanilla yogurt
- warmed blueberries
- @aldiusa organic peanut butter
Preparation
In a jar with a lid, add all the ingredients.
Shake well to combine.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with vanilla yogurt, warmed blueberries, and organic peanut butter.
