Overnight Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup warmed or mashed blueberries (helps them blend in better)

Toppings

  • @twogoodyogurt vanilla yogurt
  • warmed blueberries
  • @aldiusa organic peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a jar with a lid, add all the ingredients.

  2. Shake well to combine.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, top with vanilla yogurt, warmed blueberries, and organic peanut butter.
