Healthy Matcha Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs matcha powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup

Toppings

  • yoghurt
  • granola
  • kiwifruit

Preparation

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a mason jar.

  2. Shake well to combine.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serving suggestions

  1. Top with yoghurt, granola, and kiwifruit.
