Healthy Matcha Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs matcha powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Toppings
- yoghurt
- granola
- kiwifruit
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients in a mason jar.
Shake well to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Serving suggestions
Top with yoghurt, granola, and kiwifruit.
