Healthy Spinach Banana Smoothie with Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • handful of spinach
  • blue spirulina
  • one pear
  • half an avocado
  • one frozen banana
  • coconut milk
  • coconut yogurt
  • chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • pomegranate

Preparation

  1. Mix a handful of spinach, blue spirulina, one pear, half an avocado, one frozen banana with coconut milk and coconut yogurt until creamy texture.

  2. Soak chia seeds in coconut milk with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup overnight.

  3. Layer the chia pudding and smoothie in a jar, adding pomegranate for crunch.
