Healthy Spinach Banana Smoothie with Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- handful of spinach
- blue spirulina
- one pear
- half an avocado
- one frozen banana
- coconut milk
- coconut yogurt
- chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- pomegranate
Preparation
Mix a handful of spinach, blue spirulina, one pear, half an avocado, one frozen banana with coconut milk and coconut yogurt until creamy texture.
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup overnight.
Layer the chia pudding and smoothie in a jar, adding pomegranate for crunch.
