- maple syrup

Pineapple smoothie
- frozen bananas
- frozen pineapple
- a dash of turmeric
- lemon juice
- coconut milk
Preparation
Mix all coconut chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set
Blend all pineapple smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy
Assemble the bowl by layering or combining the chia pudding and smoothie as desired
