Ingredients

Coconut chia pudding

  • light coconut milk
  • chia seeds
  • maple syrup
  • lemon juice

Pineapple smoothie

  • frozen bananas
  • frozen pineapple
  • a dash of turmeric
  • lemon juice
  • coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all coconut chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set

  2. Blend all pineapple smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy

  3. Assemble the bowl by layering or combining the chia pudding and smoothie as desired
