Coconut Turmeric Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 1 tablespoon freshly grated root to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Stir thoroughly to avoid clumping
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to set
Serve with berries and fruit as desired
