Coconut Turmeric Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 1 tablespoon freshly grated root to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. Stir thoroughly to avoid clumping

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to set

  4. Serve with berries and fruit as desired
