Chia Seed Pudding with Blueberry Milk
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- Additional toppings, as desired
Preparation
Add first 4 ingredients to a blender, combine until smooth
Transfer the “blueberry milk” to a sealable jar and add chia seeds. Mix well and let it sit for 5 min
After 5 min, mix pudding one more time (to ensure no clumps on bottom), cover and refrigerate for min 5 hours, preferably overnight
Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
