Fresh Pitaya Bowl with Banana and Mango

Ingredients

  • 4 sachets of frozen pitaya
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped and peeled
  • 1 frozen mango, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

Toppings

  • almond butter
  • fresh banana
  • buckinis

Preparation

  1. Place all base ingredients in a high power blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Top with almond butter, fresh banana, and buckinis.

  4. Serves 2.

Tips

  1. Use no liquid to ensure a thick, sorbet-like consistency.

  2. If your blender isn’t high power, add a dash of coconut milk or chilled water to make blending easier.
