Fresh Pitaya Bowl with Banana and Mango
Ingredients
- 4 sachets of frozen pitaya
- 1 frozen banana, chopped and peeled
- 1 frozen mango, chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
Toppings
- almond butter
- fresh banana
- buckinis
Preparation
Place all base ingredients in a high power blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with almond butter, fresh banana, and buckinis.
Serves 2.
Tips
Use no liquid to ensure a thick, sorbet-like consistency.
If your blender isn’t high power, add a dash of coconut milk or chilled water to make blending easier.
