Snickers smoothie

  • banana
  • nut milk
  • dates
  • cocoa powder
  • nut butter

Mango shake

  • 3 cups mango
  • coconut cream milk

Creamy coconut nice cream

  • bananas
  • coconut flakes
  • vanilla extract

Chocolate pb dreams

  • peanut butter
  • bananas
  • cocoa powder
  • milk of choice

Preparation

Snickers smoothie

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Mango shake

  1. Blend mango and coconut cream milk until smooth.

Creamy coconut nice cream

  1. Add bananas, coconut flakes, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until creamy.

Chocolate pb dreams

  1. Add peanut butter, bananas, cocoa powder, and milk of choice to a blender and blend until smooth.

General tip

  1. For a firmer ice cream consistency, freeze the blended mixture for at least one hour and scoop as needed.
