Nutrient-Packed Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- large handful of spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- handful of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- fresh grated ginger
- optional: a scoop of green powder or protein powder
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for several minutes.
Top with fresh kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, and coconut chips.
