Cherry Blossom Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • Pinch of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp beet powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Add the yogurt first and place the fruits on top.

  2. Let the banana and strawberries defrost for 10 minutes.

  3. Blend briefly to start mixing.

  4. Add the ginger and beet powder, then blend until desired texture is achieved, preferably thick and creamy.

  5. Use a tamper and scraper if available.
