Quick Vegan Pasta Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 450 gm of pasta
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of grape or cherry tomato, halved
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta, preferably using whole wheat pasta.

  2. Put all ingredients together and mix well.

  3. Enjoy the salad.
