Quick Vegan Pasta Salad with Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients
- 450 gm of pasta
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of grape or cherry tomato, halved
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
Preparation
Cook the pasta, preferably using whole wheat pasta.
Put all ingredients together and mix well.
Enjoy the salad.
