Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup cold cashew milk
- a big drizzle of vanilla extract
Toppings
- buckwheat granola
- coconut yoghurt
- salted cashew butter
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Add the ingredients to a bowl.
Stir the mixture well.
Let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
Stir again.
Serve with the toppings.
