Giant Almond Butter Rice Cakes

Ingredients

  • 6 plain rice cakes
  • 6 tablespoons of nut butter
  • 150g of vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Spread a tablespoon of almond butter evenly over each rice cake.

  2. Place them all on a baking tray and freeze for 20 minutes or until the nut butter is hard.

  3. Meanwhile, melt your vegan chocolate.

  4. Dip the buttered side of the rice cakes into the melted chocolate.

  5. Let them cool until the chocolate hardens naturally, or refrigerate.
