Ingredients

  • 9 dates
  • 2 scoops @vivolife vanilla protein
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen avocado
  • 2-3 cups orange juice

Toppings

  • @naturespathorganic kamut puffs
  • a big spinach leaf

Preparation
