Vegan Peanut Butter Blackberry Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 20-30g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter (or 1 tbsp for more calories)
  • Handful of frozen blackberries
  • Splash of almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. To create layers, add frozen blackberries at the end after blending part of the mixture first.
