Vegan Peanut Butter Blackberry Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 20-30g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp peanut butter (or 1 tbsp for more calories)
- Handful of frozen blackberries
- Splash of almond milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
To create layers, add frozen blackberries at the end after blending part of the mixture first.
