Classic Banana Split with Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 bananas
- 250 ml vanilla ice cream (about 12 scoops)
- 125 ml chocolate sauce
- 60 g chopped dark chocolate
- 6 tsp almond slivers
Preparation
Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla sugar and chill
For each serving, cut one banana lengthwise and then in half crosswise to create 4 pieces; arrange the banana pieces in a bowl
Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on the banana and top with 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate and almond slivers
Repeat for all portions and serve immediately
