Cheesy Garlic Kiev Dippers

Ingredients

  • 2 vegetarian butcher chickened out burgers
  • 4 viva viva plant tenders
  • 8 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Schwartz garlic Italian seasoning
  • 20g Tesco cornflakes
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salad (unspecified)
  • 2 tablespoons Tesco reduced salt and sugar tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Hellmann's garlic and chilli sauce

Preparation

  1. Smoosh together the burgers and tenders, divide into 8 pieces.

  2. Flatten each piece and wrap around a cheese triangle.

  3. Coat in a mixture of crushed cornflakes, garlic Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.

  4. Spray with cooking spray and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.

  5. Adjust cooking time for frozen dippers.

  6. Prepare salad with the tomato sauce and garlic chilli sauce as accompaniment.

Tips

  1. This recipe makes 8 dippers, with 4 cooked and 4 for freezing.

  2. Syns are 5.5 for 2 kievs or 3.5 using part Hex A on Slimming World plan.

  3. Reduce syns further by using only viva viva tenders, though they may be dry alone.
