Cheesy Garlic Kiev Dippers
Ingredients
- 2 vegetarian butcher chickened out burgers
- 4 viva viva plant tenders
- 8 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles
- Schwartz garlic Italian seasoning
- 20g Tesco cornflakes
- Smoked paprika
- Salad (unspecified)
- 2 tablespoons Tesco reduced salt and sugar tomato sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Hellmann's garlic and chilli sauce
Preparation
Smoosh together the burgers and tenders, divide into 8 pieces.
Flatten each piece and wrap around a cheese triangle.
Coat in a mixture of crushed cornflakes, garlic Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Spray with cooking spray and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
Adjust cooking time for frozen dippers.
Prepare salad with the tomato sauce and garlic chilli sauce as accompaniment.
Tips
This recipe makes 8 dippers, with 4 cooked and 4 for freezing.
Syns are 5.5 for 2 kievs or 3.5 using part Hex A on Slimming World plan.
Reduce syns further by using only viva viva tenders, though they may be dry alone.
