Creamy Cocoa Courgette Oat Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant mylk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 courgette, grated and squeezed
- ~1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings
- lindt 99% dark chocolate
- cashew caramello nut butter
- blueberry almond yogurt
- blueberries
- frozen cherries
- raspberries
- strawberries
Preparation
Grate the courgette
Squeeze out as much water from the courgette as possible.
Place the squeezed courgette in a saucepan with the oats, plant mylk, water, and cocoa powder.
Stir continuously on medium heat until the mixture is creamy and thick.
