Creamy Cocoa Courgette Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant mylk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 courgette, grated and squeezed
  • ~1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Toppings

  • lindt 99% dark chocolate
  • cashew caramello nut butter
  • blueberry almond yogurt
  • blueberries
  • frozen cherries
  • raspberries
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Grate the courgette

  2. Squeeze out as much water from the courgette as possible.

  3. Place the squeezed courgette in a saucepan with the oats, plant mylk, water, and cocoa powder.

  4. Stir continuously on medium heat until the mixture is creamy and thick.
