Vegan Dry Wonton Noodles with Homemade Dumplings
Ingredients
- 4 dumplings( recipe on my previous post )
- steamed bok choy
- tossing sauce for wonton noodles:
- 2 tbsp mushrooms sauce
- 3 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation
Mix all the tossing ingredients except for the garlic
Next heat 1 tbsp of oil in a sauce pan and add in the garlic, sauté till fragrant
Add the sauce mixture and cooked till boiled
Once boil remove from the heat and set aside
Place the noodles in a big bowl and then add in the tossing sauce into it
Make sure the sauce are coated well with the noodles evenly
Finally served in a bowl, top with cooked dumplings, bok choy, chilli flakes and crispy garlic
