Fall Banana Squash Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen butternut squash
- 1/2 frozen honeycrisp apple
- @alohamoment banana protein
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- about 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- pecans
- cranberries
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Add pecans, cranberries, and hemp seeds on top for crunch
