Fall Banana Squash Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen butternut squash
  • 1/2 frozen honeycrisp apple
  • @alohamoment banana protein
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • about 1 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • pecans
  • cranberries
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Add pecans, cranberries, and hemp seeds on top for crunch
