Simple Healthy Breakfast with Veggie Salad

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sprouted toast
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lactose-free cheese
  • Egg
  • Seasonings

Preparation

  1. Massage the kale until it becomes tender.

  2. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers as needed.

  3. Combine the kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado in a bowl.

  4. Toss the salad mixture with olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Toast the sprouted bread until golden.

  6. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread.

  7. Add sliced tomato on top of the mayonnaise.

  8. Fry an egg to your desired doneness.

  9. Place the fried egg on the toast.
