Tropical Fruit and Chia Jam
Ingredients
- 2.5 dl cubed mango
- 1.5 dl cubed pineapple
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp white chia seeds
Optional
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated turmeric
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together, making sure the chia seeds are evenly dispersed.
Pour the mixture into a jar with a lid.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
