Tropical Fruit and Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2.5 dl cubed mango
  • 1.5 dl cubed pineapple
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp white chia seeds

Optional

  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated turmeric

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together, making sure the chia seeds are evenly dispersed.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar with a lid.

  3. Let it sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
