Healthy Mango Chia Pudding with Smoothie

Ingredients

Chia base

  • 50g chia seeds
  • 250g dairy free milk
  • 50g coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp agave syrup

Smoothie

  • 150g mango
  • 50g frozen pineapple
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 50ml dairy free milk
  • squeeze of lime

Preparation

  1. Combine all chia base ingredients in a jug, stir well and pour into your serving jar or bowl. Leave in the fridge for 5 minutes.

  2. In a high speed blender add all smoothie ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth. Then pour the smoothie mix on top of the set chia pudding and add your favourite toppings.
