Vegan Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 scoop chocolate plant protein
Chocolate chia seed pudding
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
Toppings
- banana slices
- frozen cherries
- cacao nibs
- coconut shreds
- sliced almonds
- chocolate chia seed pudding
Preparation
Mix cacao powder, maple syrup, and a dash of coconut milk until it forms a smooth paste.
Add the remaining coconut milk and chia seeds to the paste.
Refrigerate for 15-25 minutes and stir to prevent clumping.
Refrigerate overnight.
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth
Assemble the smoothie bowl by placing the blended smoothie in a bowl and topping with banana slices, frozen cherries, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, sliced almonds, and the prepared chocolate chia seed pudding
