Vegan Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate plant protein

Chocolate chia seed pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • banana slices
  • frozen cherries
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut shreds
  • sliced almonds
  • chocolate chia seed pudding

Preparation

  1. Mix cacao powder, maple syrup, and a dash of coconut milk until it forms a smooth paste.

  2. Add the remaining coconut milk and chia seeds to the paste.

  3. Refrigerate for 15-25 minutes and stir to prevent clumping.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth

  6. Assemble the smoothie bowl by placing the blended smoothie in a bowl and topping with banana slices, frozen cherries, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, sliced almonds, and the prepared chocolate chia seed pudding
