Cauliflower Blueberry Smoothie with Hempseeds and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower or florets
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed greens of choice
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp of hempseeds (PROTEIN - 12g)
  • Filtered water
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Splash vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and add a cup or so water.

  2. Blend until very smooth.

  3. If you have a lower quality blender, first blend the cauliflower and greens with the water, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
