Peanut Butter Strawberry Nicecream Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 150 g frozen strawberries
  • Splash of full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Preparation

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, coconut milk, and peanut butter.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency.

  3. Divide the mixture into two bowls.

  4. In one bowl, mix in the pink pitaya powder until well combined, giving the nicecream a pink hue.

  5. In the other bowl, mix in the blue spirulina powder until well combined, giving the nicecream a blue hue.

  6. To serve, spoon the pink and blue nicecream side by side into a bowl, creating a visually appealing effect.

  7. Top with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or granola.
