Thick Creamy Vegan Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2c frozen triple berry blend (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop of vegan mint chocolate chip protein powder
  • 1c almond milk
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Pour into a mason jar.

  3. Slurp through a reusable metal straw.
