Cauliflower Spinach Kombucha Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups GT's Kombucha Multi-Greens
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 date
  • 1 cup steamed, then frozen cauliflower

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Cauliflower may seem unusual but it thickens the smoothie and adds nutrients without changing the flavor.
