Cauliflower Spinach Kombucha Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups GT's Kombucha Multi-Greens
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 date
- 1 cup steamed, then frozen cauliflower
Preparation
Throw all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Cauliflower may seem unusual but it thickens the smoothie and adds nutrients without changing the flavor.
