Creamy Healthy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lite coconut milk or any nut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 small pitted peeled avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Toppings

  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. Blend all shake ingredients together until smooth and creamy

  2. Layer dark chocolate chips, coconut yogurt, and granola in a glass or bowl as desired.
