Green Smoothie Chia Pudding Jars
Ingredients
- A handful of kale or spinach
- 1 ripe kiwi
- 1/2 medium avocado
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 frozen banana
- A little matcha (optional)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or water or almond milk
Chia pudding
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk or other liquid
Toppings
- Nut butter (optional, to taste)
- Berries (optional, as desired)
Preparation
Blend all the green smoothie ingredients until smooth.
Prepare the chia pudding by mixing chia seeds with almond milk and letting it sit for at least 15 minutes to thicken
In jars, layer the green smoothie, chia pudding, and top with nut butter and berries.
Refrigerate the jars and enjoy as a snack or breakfast
