Super Healthy Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • handful kale
  • handful mint
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • splash of lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp any superfood powder such as: moringa, or spirulina, or matcha... (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with desired toppings.
