Super Healthy Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 small piece of ginger
- handful kale
- handful mint
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- splash of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp any superfood powder such as: moringa, or spirulina, or matcha... (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Top with desired toppings.
