Refreshing Açaí Bowl Brazilian Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 pouches frozen pure açaí pulp
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Tropical blend
- 2 pouches frozen pure açaí pulp
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 big slices frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- Splash of coconut water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients for the chosen version.
Serve topped with fruits and granola for classic, or fruits, shredded coconut, and oats for tropical.

For tropical version, soak oats with a bit of water and coconut sugar to prepare the topping.
