Immune Boosting Orange Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot, steamed then frozen
- 2 oranges (can be frozen or fresh)
- 2 tbs lemon
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/4 inch cube of ginger root
- 1/2 tsp turmeric (can use fresh turmeric root!)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
