Immune Boosting Orange Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrot, steamed then frozen
  • 2 oranges (can be frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbs lemon
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/4 inch cube of ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (can use fresh turmeric root!)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
