Refreshing Açai Bowl with Berries and Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1 block of frozen açai
- 1 banana
- a handful of fresh berries
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2/3 cups unsweetened plant milk
Toppings
- ground flaxseed
- low sugar granola
- cacao nibs
- goji berries
- a little more almond butter
Preparation
Blend all the base ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Top with ground flaxseed, low sugar granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, and a little more almond butter.
