Refreshing Açai Bowl with Berries and Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 block of frozen açai
  • 1 banana
  • a handful of fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2/3 cups unsweetened plant milk

Toppings

  • ground flaxseed
  • low sugar granola
  • cacao nibs
  • goji berries
  • a little more almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all the base ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with ground flaxseed, low sugar granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, and a little more almond butter.
