Garlic and Paprika Prawns with Broccoli
Ingredients
- 300g raw king prawns
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 cloves confit garlic or 1 large clove grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200g broccolini
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
Add the garlic and cook for about one minute.
Add the prawns and broccolini and cook for 3-4 minutes till the prawns are almost cooked through.
Add the paprika and cook for another minute or so.
Serve over rice.
Recipe note: These are the quantities I used but you can adjust to suit your taste. It will be just as delicious!
