Garlic and Paprika Prawns with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 300g raw king prawns
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves confit garlic or 1 large clove grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g broccolini

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.

  2. Add the garlic and cook for about one minute.

  3. Add the prawns and broccolini and cook for 3-4 minutes till the prawns are almost cooked through.

  4. Add the paprika and cook for another minute or so.

  5. Serve over rice.

  6. Recipe note: These are the quantities I used but you can adjust to suit your taste. It will be just as delicious!
