Quick Simple Healthy Curry Avocado Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado, medium
- 3 Sundried tomatoes (soaked/drained)
- 1 Garlic clove (medium)
- 1/2 tsp Curry
- 1 Date
- 1T Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 3/4 C Water
Preparation
Blend until smooth
Garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes
