Quick Simple Healthy Curry Avocado Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado, medium
  • 3 Sundried tomatoes (soaked/drained)
  • 1 Garlic clove (medium)
  • 1/2 tsp Curry
  • 1 Date
  • 1T Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 3/4 C Water

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes
