Cottage Cheese Mushroom Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Chili flakes
- Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bread
- Cottage cheese
- Avocado
- Pecorino Romano cheese
Preparation
Heat olive oil and chili flakes in a pan and add mushrooms.
Sauté until they start to soften then add garlic.
Cook for one more minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toast bread and smear cottage cheese on top.
Slice avocado and add to toast.
Season and then finish with mushrooms and pecorino Romano cheese.
