Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Spices
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 white onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1 stock cube
- Water
Preparation
Chop the onion and garlic roughly.
Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes until slightly brown and then add the garlic for another minute.
Add the spices and the cauliflower.
Stir for another minute and then just cover with water and add a stock cube.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes until everything is soft.
Blend until silky smooth.
