Crispy Spiced Oven-Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  2. Add the washed chickpeas to a bowl and toss well with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Lay the chickpeas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside.

  4. Serve warm, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Tips

  1. Feel free to add any additional seasonings or spices you like. For extra spice, add curry or sriracha.
