Crispy Spiced Oven-Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 cups of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Add the washed chickpeas to a bowl and toss well with the remaining ingredients.
Lay the chickpeas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside.
Serve warm, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Tips
Feel free to add any additional seasonings or spices you like. For extra spice, add curry or sriracha.
