Orecchiette with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Herbs, and Arugula

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, minced
  • A splash of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Arugula, for topping

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a baking dish and top with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions

  4. Serve the roasted vegetables with the pasta and top with arugula
