Plant-Based Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- organic wholewheat fusilli pasta
- sweetcorn
- red onion
- parsley
- capers
- baby plum tomatoes
- mayo
- black pepper
- plant-based tuna
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package directions and allow it to cool.
Chop the red onion, parsley, and baby plum tomatoes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sweetcorn, chopped vegetables, capers, mayo, black pepper, and plant-based tuna.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
