Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 small garlic cloves
- 1/2 tbsp vegan worcestershire sauce (like Wizards brand @edwardandsons)
- 2 tsp capers
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1.5 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp water
Preparation
Soak the cashews in boiling water for ten minutes.
Add the cashews to a high speed blender with all the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
