Easy Vegan Beetroot Hummus Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 medium cooked beetroot
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Place chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and beetroot in a blender.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Add oil and pulse again until mixture comes together.
