Berry Pink Smoothie Bowl for Valentine's Day

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • A big handful of frozen red berries
  • 2 tbsp soya yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp of soya milk

Toppings

  • coconut
  • chia seeds
  • blueberries
  • almonds
  • cashews

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Ensure the mixture is quite thick by using plenty of frozen fruit.

  3. Top with whatever toppings your heart desires.
