Berry Pink Smoothie Bowl for Valentine's Day
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- A big handful of frozen red berries
- 2 tbsp soya yoghurt
- 1-2 tbsp of soya milk
Toppings
- coconut
- chia seeds
- blueberries
- almonds
- cashews
Preparation
Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Ensure the mixture is quite thick by using plenty of frozen fruit.
Top with whatever toppings your heart desires.
