Easy Overnight Lazy Porridge Breakfast
Ingredients
- 15g Whole Jumbo Oats
- 55ml Soya Milk
- 35g Banana
- 25g Fresh raspberry
- 10g Dried skimmed milk
- 3g Chia seeds
- 58g Kiwi (1 fruit)
- 15g Protein muesli Exotic Fruits
- 7 Almonds
- 7g Natural honey
- 11g Blueberries
Preparation
Put all ingredients in layers in a jar.
Close the lid tightly.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, mix all the layers well and enjoy your breakfast.
Customize as needed: use a bigger or smaller jar based on hunger, add natural yogurt for more protein, or reduce nuts for less fat.
